Meet at Ridgewood Fire Headquarter, E Glen Ave/Maple Ave. Start time 5:30 - 6:00am.

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, 30 miles flat but fast
This is an A and B* pace that will leave from the Glen Rock Duck Pond 6:00pm
Sunday Take No Prisoner Ride
Meet at Ridgewood Fire Headquarter, E Glen Ave/Maple Ave. Start time 6:00 - 7:00 am.
The ride will hook up with Nyack Express or Touring Club.
It is a take no prisoner ride so be prepared to get home alone.
