Greetings!

5 years & over 214 members....The Glen Rock Tri Club. Our last meeting was on March 24th at the Ridgewood YMCA. Elliot Kalmus of Ridgewood Cycle conducted a seminar on bicycle etiquette, safety and paceline skills in preparation of this seasons group and training rides. This discussion was open to all club members and non-members alike.

Ridgewood Run Help Needed

The Ridgewood Run needs volunteer cyclists and helpers for this year's event. The run takes place on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. If you are not running in this race and have a few hours of time to donate it would be greatly appreciated.
